The title, inspired by David Bowie’s song Blackout, accompanies a composition of bold, free black forms reminiscent of gestural Japanese brushstrokes. These expressive marks contrast with a fine, regular grid of blue geometric lines. A small touch of red breaks through the restrained palette, creating a distinct focal point.
