After attending the „Theresiengymnasium“ in Munich, she went on to Battle Abbey School in East Sussex, where she completed sixth form. In her final year, Amelie attained the role of Head of Boarding as well as that of the Art Prefect.
Subsequently, Amelie was drawn to study in London, a world metropolis for art and design. She completed a foundation year at City & Guilds of London Art School. This course allowed her to explore and experiment with new materials, setting her main focus on working with glass.
